HTC One X to debut May 6 for $200 on AT&T :-
Called 'entertainment superphone' over LTE
HTC's One X smartphone will be available exclusively from AT&T on May 6 for $199.99 and a two-year agreement, AT&T said Wednesday.
AT&T's first Android 4.0 smartphone, the One X will run on the carrier's 4G LTE network. AT&T claims that the device's video and audio capabilities and its fast wireless connections make it a "4G LTE entertainment super phone." Pre-orders begin on Sunday. to order it please click here...
The One X has a 4.7-in. HD touchscreen (1280-x-720-pixel resolution) that's designed to allow users to see images even when the phone is angled up to 80 degrees. A laminated cover glass and touch layer are designed to reduce light reflection.
The HTC Sense 4 interface is included in the One X, offering lens, photo sensor and software improvements. The phone also has Beats By Dr. Dre audio, which AT&T described as "distortion-free sound at higher volume and rich bass."
The phone has a rear-facing, 8-megapixel HD camera that can be quickly launched from the lock screen. A feature called Video Pic, originally announced at Mobile World Congress in February, is designed to allow users to capture still photos while recording video in HD; it can also be used to capture stills from previously recorded video. The device also has a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
The One X has a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S 4 dual-core processor and 16GB of internal storage. It also has an 1,800 mAh battery, putting it among a group of new phones boasting longer battery life. HTC didn't provide talk times, but it did say that new software has helped give the One X 50% to 100% longer battery life than previous HTC phones.
